Have you found what you wanted?

By now, you have probably had a look around the website and are thinking about what help you might need.

I do my best to make things as clear as possible, but sometimes it is better to give someone a call to have a chat about options and to ensure that we are a good fit and that I am the right person to help you.

The best way to arrange a free discovery call is to use this facility to book. These calls last around 20 minutes. I can find out a bit more about you and your needs, I can let you know if I am the best person to help you, and we can talk about next steps.

Alternatively, you can email me through the Contact Me page, but booking in a call here really is the best way to make sure we connect up soonest.

About the call

In the process of booking in this free initial call, you will be asked for some brief details about your situation, your location and your dog so that when we chat we can think about your goals, and I can let you know what options I have available for you. You book a 30 minute slot in the diary, but the average call is 20 minutes so that I have time to book you in if that is what we decide and send you details after the call.

What to do now

  • On the drop down menu select Schedule a call.
  • On the calendar select a day and chose from the time options.
  • Continue through the booking process, don't worry, you won't be charged, this is just the easiest way to get something booked in to my diary.
  • Once completed you will receive an email to confirm the booking.
  • I will give you a call on the number provided at or close to your booking time, so please make yourself available.
  • If you decide not to take up the call once booked, please just email me at [email protected] and I will cancel the call.
Alternatively, you an use my CONTACT FORM HERE, but please remember to let me know when you might be around so that I can call you back at an appropriate time.

If you are local to me in St Just, we can do a 20 minute meet and greet, but please understand I will not be able to give any advice in that appointment.

Frequently asked questions

Do you run classes?
No, I just run a few workshops which you can find out about here WORKSHOPS
If you would like to find out about recommended classes then pop me a quick email with details of where you are and what you are looking for and I will do my best to point you in the right direction.

What if you can't help me?
If I receive a booking for a chat and I feel I am not the best person and I need to refer you on, or there is a quick answer where I can point you in the right direction then I will email you and explain and once agreed cancel the call.

Can you give me adivce on the call?
In these calls I will not be able to give you any advice apart from 'first aid', such as some managmeent. This is because at this point I won't have all the information I need to give you an informed answer. That will happen once we have booked in your first consultation or at a workshop.

Will you be able to tell me how much it will cost?
To a point. I am always up front about my prices and they are freely available to see on my website. But it is really that 'how long is a piece of string' question such as 'how many lessons will it take me to pass my driving test?' You will know how much the lessons are, but not how many you will need.

What days / times do you work?
My weeks vary, but in general I work Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and I don't work evenings, so if that is the only time that you can meet, I am not the right match for you.
