1 to 1 Support - In Person

These support sessions are for when you’ve already had your initial consultation and want to keep things moving.

Whether you're building on progress, working through a tricky patch, or just need a bit of support and direction, these one-to-one sessions are shaped around you and your dog. We’ll focus on what’s going on right now — whether that’s fine-tuning your training, unpicking a problem, or helping your dog feel more confident in everyday life.

Sessions can take place here in St Just or nearby, at your home, or out and about on location — whatever makes most sense for you and your dog. If we’re meeting somewhere other than St Just, there may be an additional charge for travel, which I’ll confirm with you before booking.

St Just Sessions
These are sessions where you come to me, or we meet within a short drive of St Just. There are lots of great training places we can use, including Botallack, Land's End, and Geevor.

• 45 minute training session – £55.00
  Ideal if we're progressing well and just need a catch-up, or want to work on something specific like dogs, cars, or people.

• 1 hour training session – £70.00
  Gives us a bit more time to talk things through and fit in some practical training too.

• 90 minute training session – £105.00
  A great option if you're travelling further, or have more to cover in one go.

Home Visit or On-Location Sessions
These are sessions where I come to you or meet you at an agreed location. Penzance to Hayle are included in Zone 1 — anything beyond that may carry a small extra charge, which you can check here. You can either book that in directly, or I can send a separate invoice after you’ve booked.
Please remember to complete the LOCATION OF SESSION question at checkout so I know where we’re meeting. On rare occassions I may need to adjust times of appointments slightly if extra travel is invovled, but I'll let you know as soon as you have booked ... or give me a call and we can chat about the best options.

• 1 hour home visit – £75.00
  Great for training and reviewing progress in your own environment.

• 90 minute home visit – £110.00
  Gives us more time to chat, work practically, and move forward without feeling rushed.

Booking Multiple Sessions
If you're working on something that needs a bit more time — like building confidence, managing reactivity, or tackling a complex behaviour — booking a few sessions in advance can really help. It gives us space to make steady progress, adjust things as we go, and keep that sense of momentum and accountability. You don’t have to decide everything up front, and we can chat about what might work best for you and your dog.

Longer sessions can be booked. I can work out packages for you if what you could like to do falls outside of the options, just pop me a message.

How to Book

• Log in using the details from your original booking.
• Choose the type of support session you'd like from the dropdown menu. You can select more than one.
• If booking different session types (e.g., St Just and a Home Visit), click BOOK NOW before switching to the next type.
• If booking multiple sessions, use the CLIENT DISCOUNT CODE at checkout — pop me a message if you don’t have it.
• If you have chosen a home visit or location meeting, complete the LOCATION OF SESSION question at checkout so I know where we’re meeting
• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot. You can pay by card (via Stripe) or bank transfer.

An experienced trainer and behaviour counsellor can be invaluable in helping you through the more serious challenges with your dog. It is good to get help from someone qualified in behaviour with a vast amount of experience - I have worked with thousands of dogs over the years. It's not about quick fixes, but by utilising my extensive experience and getting it right we can get quick and effective results.  I offer practical and non-judgmental advice. I know how to put in emergency procedures, preventative measures, solve problems, and prevent problems from escalating. Most importantly, all training is kind to both you and your dog.
